What to know
Before lash services
Remove eye makeup when possible and avoid applying heavy oils around the lashes. Bring contact-lens supplies if you may need to remove lenses.
Before brow services
Avoid aggressive exfoliation, fresh sunburn, or irritating products around the brow area. Share recent tint, lamination, peel, or cosmetic-treatment history.
Tell the technician about
- Eye sensitivity, dry eye, or adhesive reactions.
- Skin allergies, eczema, or recent irritation.
- Recent eye surgery or cosmetic procedures.
- The look and maintenance level you want.
Important: A patch test or medical clearance may be recommended. Active infection, unexplained swelling, open skin, or severe irritation are reasons to wait.
