Work surfaces and service areas are reset between guests so each appointment begins in an orderly, comfortable setting.
Responsible tool care
Reusable implements are cleaned and disinfected according to salon procedures. Items intended for one-time use are not carried forward to another guest.
Guests are part of safe service
- Tell us immediately if anything feels uncomfortable.
- Report cuts, irritation, or tenderness before service begins.
- Do not receive cosmetic service over open wounds or active infection.
- Follow aftercare instructions for the service performed.
