What to know

What to disclose

Tell us about past reactions, sensitive skin or eyes, fragrance sensitivity, latex concerns, and recent changes in medication or cosmetic treatments.

Why a patch test may help

For some tint, adhesive, or chemical services, a test may reduce uncertainty, but it cannot guarantee that a future reaction will never occur.

During and after service

  • Speak up about burning, sharp stinging, itching, or eye discomfort.
  • Do not continue a service simply to finish it.
  • Follow product-specific aftercare.
  • Seek medical advice for significant or worsening symptoms.
Important: Emergency symptoms such as trouble breathing, facial or throat swelling, or widespread hives require immediate emergency medical help.
